All Service Calls are two-hour windows. Please provide us with the best number to call before service. The technician will call 20-30 minutes before they arrive. With every appliance we have a standard trip charge and for every appliance added we charge half of what the initial trip charge will be.

Service fees cover the technician’s trip and diagnosis.
