WHERE DO YOU SOURCE REPLACEMENT PARTS?
When sourcing all parts for services calls for customers we always check at our local appliance stores that we do business with that always sell original OEM parts and online platforms that sell brand new original parts as well.
HOW LONG DOES YOUR REPAIR SERVICE TAKE?
Service repair times are usually given in two hour intervals to compensate for all customers to help with time management. Usually with the actual appliance repair we cannot tell how long a service call can take due to many variables that are being set when entering a home and diagnosing certain appliances.


WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO WE ACCEPT?
For methods of payment we accept

And if you have neither preset we can always send an invoice that can be paid if a valid email is provided to the technician that is onsite or our office staff over the phone via square app as well as taking card payment over the phone if complications occur.
